Terms of service

These terms apply to all orders placed by KDW Partners – the approved trade customers of KDW (ABN 12 667 407 463).

1. KDW Partner accounts

KDW sells to approved businesses (“KDW Partners”) with an active Australian Business Number, for resale. We review every application and may decline, suspend or close a partner account, for example if payment terms are not met.

2. Prices

Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Prices may change without notice; the price shown when you submit your order applies. The market price and RRP shown on products are indicative references only, and margin figures are estimates based on them. You are free to set your own retail prices.

3. Orders

The minimum order is $500 + GST. Submitting an order is an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we confirm the order by email. If an item is unavailable we will tell you and adjust the order – you are only charged for what we supply.

4. Payment

• Card or bank transfer: payment before dispatch.
• Approved credit accounts: payment within 30 days of the invoice date (Net 30).

We may place orders on hold while an account is overdue and recover reasonable collection costs.

5. Delivery, risk and ownership

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes to you only when the goods are paid for in full.

6. Claims and returns

Damage, shortages and incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are not accepted. See our Refund policy.

7. Marketing materials

Product photos, brand stories and other files from the Marketing kit may be used only to promote and sell products bought from KDW. Do not alter brand logos or imply that you are an official brand distributor.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any goods is limited to replacing them, re-supplying them or refunding their price. Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

9. General

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. We may update these terms; the version published when you place an order applies to that order.
