Shipping policy

KDW supplies approved KDW Partners (trade accounts) in Australia only. All prices and shipping rates are shown excluding GST; GST (10%) is added at checkout.

Minimum order

$500 + GST per order. You can mix any brands and products to reach the minimum.

Order review and dispatch

Submit your order. At checkout your order is submitted for review.
We confirm it within one business day. We check stock, delivery and any extras you selected, then email your confirmation and tax invoice.
We dispatch. Card and bank transfer orders are dispatched once payment is received. Approved 30-day accounts are dispatched as soon as the order is confirmed. Most orders leave our Silverwater NSW warehouse the next business day.

Free KDW van delivery (Sydney metro)

Free delivery by our own van to most Sydney metro postcodes. If your delivery address is in this area, the cart shows “Free van delivery” and we remove the shipping charge when we confirm your order.

Australia Post (everywhere else)

Parcel Post – usually 2–6 business days after dispatch.
Express Post – usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Rates are calculated by order weight and state at checkout. Orders over 20 kg are sent as several parcels; for orders over 100 kg please contact us for a freight quote.
